Dalia's journey with Yoga started in 2009 while searching for a way to manage stress. She has been curious about, passionate about and transformed by her yoga practice ever since. Through Yoga Dalia discovered her passion for teaching. She has close to 800 hours of training and is always searching for ways to make Yoga more accessible and inclusive. Dalia's classes are nurturing and beginner friendly. Expect creative visualization, meditation and long savasanas to be included in every class.
