Yoga and meditation found Lisa in 2000 and she began leading group practices in 2013. Currently holding 500 hour RYT and YACEP certifications with the Yoga Alliance, she has also completed coursework in Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga and Adjustment Assistance. She lives a full life in Lake Mary, Florida.
The focus is on alignment. And not just of the body but of the entire being, bringing the physical, emotional and spiritual into balance. Lisa believes this is accomplished when we slow down, fully immerse ourselves in the practice and bring our attention to how we feel.
How Yoga Serves Lisa
Yoga goes beyond the mat into the daily life and is life changing. This life practice is made up of eight essential parts:
