Natalie Christine

Natalie is a native Floridian who came slowly to yoga. Seeking to balance a challenging exercise
regimen, very shortly she discovered the deep benefits and sought formal training. She has
worked one on one with athletes and entrepreneurs and taught many styles of group yoga including hot power, slow flow, beginners and restorative. Natalie encourages each student to gently and joyfully find their unique body expressions on the mat and curiously observe what follows.
