Sun salutations, specific sequencing of flowing asanas, and the warmer room temperature will help you detoxify while improving your strength, flexibility and stamina. Linking your breath and
movement energizes your mind, body and spirit while creating a moving meditation. Class starts and finishes with poses designed to ease our way into and out of our practice. Although modifications are offered based on the needs of the class, this class is best suited for those that have some degree of experience with yoga. The room is heated to about 85 degrees.
